Diagnostic tool "Access Denied"

Whenever i open the diagnostic tool a message pops up saying "Access Denied". I cannot run any of the diagnostic options from the tool either.

At the top of the tool the registered name says "Unknown User" and the options say that its detecting problems but there is no option to fix it.

I have a full license and this issue is happening on FL Studio 20.7.2.1863 on Windows 10. I have searched through the forums and tried each method provided with no resolve.
