Audio delayed using Zoom H6 Multi-track interface

When I use my Zoom H6 as an audio interface in Multi-track mode, the audio from generators in FL is delayed by about a second. The device is using its ASIO driver and the problem occurs at 44100 and 48000 and at all buffer sizes. I haven't changed any settings from when it last worked okay in 20.6~. It works without any delay etc. in Reaper, Ableton and Cubase, and when it's set to Stereo interface mode, it works fine in FL, so it seems there's an issue with FL and Multi-track mode. Any ideas?
