elastique dll could not be opened fl studio

Every time I try to change the pitch or time stretch a sample I get "Elastique dll could not be opened. Pease reinstall the application" I don't know what to do at this point, I have reinstalled fl studio settings and I found a forum about this and they suggested I download the shared dll as that could have been corrupted or deleted but it still has not resolved the problem.
