FL Studio (20.8.3.xxxx) dont open - just a Popup for BETA

I just download this latest 20.8.3.2304 - BETA yet, no other choice possible.

The Previous Version (dont know the Version, can´t open FL) was running fine, after i was not touch the Laptop (Dell inspiron 15 5000 CPU Ryzen) for 3 days (Sleepmode).

My Problems on Win 10 latest 20H2 Version after 3 days:

- FL Studio wont open in any ways (not as admin,not from the install folder, not the linked icon, no warning message except the Popup for BETA Version)
- When i open the BETA Information, i get the Link that tells me its also expired ? anyways...
- I dont want a Information about BETA Versions, only Full Versions, how to get rid of this Popup or Information for BETA´s?

The latest Version don´t fix a "open FL Studio issue" in the change log.
So its just my problem maybe?

Any Ideas, whats the Problem?
