Every sound in FL is crackling (I have no problems with specs)

Hey hows it going,

I opened up FL studio today and come to my surprise every sound was cracking. When idle, nothing happens, but it's all when a sound is produced within FL studio. My computer specs are way past minimum requirements, and it was working perfectly fine a couple of days prior. What is going on here?
