Multiple tag search in FLEX

What I expected:
When I select [Bass and Sequence] or [Basic and Dark], Bass-sequence or basic-dark patch is displayed.
What happens actually:
[Bass patch and sequence patch] or [basic patch and dark patch] is displayed.

Is it a bug or by design?
I think most of synth tag selector is working like "What I expected" and it is more handy.
