Flex pack download error 12157

I downloaded the essential guitar pack and got this error a few times, but eventually it worked. However, the essential bass guitar pack is giving me the same error message and it refuses to download no matter how much I try. Yes, I have tried the recommended fixes from the Flex errors page, yes I have TLS 1.1 and 1.2 enabled for my os (Windows 10), yes I have no updates for FL or Windows, which are all the suggestions I've seen so far. Anyone have any suggestions? It's driving me nuts.
