Novation Launchkey Mini MK3 pads problem

I was trying to use the pads with FPC and it did not work.
I also tried using it with vst instruments and it did not work with the pads.
The version is 20.8.3 and the build number is 2304.
In the video and picture you can see the problem in more detail.
