channel pitch keeps changing on its own

hi,
my channel pitch keeps randomly changing. doesnt matter if i load a vocal /audio sample or a vst
the channel pitch keeps changing randomly. i saw some posts about potential issues with midi controllers etc but i tried without and it keeps happening.
the values it usually adds is between 21 - 50 cents.

attached is a gif of what it does:
1. i loaded a vocal into the playlist as audio.
2. after a while it changed the pitch, so i hit the reset
3. started screen recording
4. stepped away from pc (i didnt touch anything, just let it record the screen)
5. after few min the pitch has changed on its own like shown on the gif

what is the solution please?
