Automating a parameter of 'Midi Guitar 2' plugin makes FL lock up

Hi,

I get a crash (FL locks up, 'stops responding' and has to be closed) when automating a parameter of the Jam Origin Midi Guitar 2 effect plugin (https://www.jamorigin.com/).

1. Load FL, start a new project using minimal/empty template
2. Add a Jam Origin Midi Guitar 2 effect plugin
3. Ensure that 'Use fixed size buffers' is enabled else get random crashes
4. Tweak the 'master mix' knob
5. 'Browse parameters' and create an automation clip for the 'master mix' parameter
6. Edit the automation
7. Hit 'play' - instant lockup!

No crash log created as far as I can see. Are there any other troubleshooting options that might help this?
