Unlock FL 20.8.3 build2304

Hello guys,

I own a Signature bundle license and have problems with unlocking FL Studio :

After watching the video and reading the article related to unlocking,

1 - I first tried to use my credentials in FL Studio and got the error message

The error in the log tab is:
Invalid regcode download:
Missing or invalid FL Username!

2 - Then I tried to unlock with the .reg file available on my account webpage:
- I first double-clicked on the file to add entries in registry, but got the same error when launching FL Studio again
- Then I used the "Unlock with file" feature. When I display the About menu it seems my unlocking is not done completely and I have the same error if I use my credentials again.

Do you have any ideas why unlocking does not work for me ?
