Automation hand tool does not appear please help

Hi guys ,

so ever since I installed the latest version of FL studio that just came out last weekend i believe i've had issues with my automation tool.

Say if you have a point selected to lower the volume during your automation I cannot adjust it because when you hover your mouse cursor over the point which you want to lower/raise the cursor does not automatically turn into the "hand" curson that can grab that point and you can adjust as you want.

Why is this happening? any advice please
