Can't Drag and Drop Audio like I've always been able too

I am having issues with drag and dropping Audio files (mainly mp3) onto my timeline in Fl Studio like I have always been able too. I have never had a problem with this before and I have updated my software to the latest version hoping that would fix it but it sadly has not. I have also followed the instructions on the support pages for known fixes and none of that has fixed this problem as well. I am not running Fl Studio in administrative mode, the software is up to date, I have reset the location to it's original location on the File Settings, and I have Controlled folder access to off. I also updated my Windows PC as well. Every time I try dragging a audio file onto the time line it's just a blank audio file, it'll have the name of what I am trying to drop but not the actual sound/beat. below I have a screenshot of what it looks like every time I try dragging a Audio file onto the time line. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
