Need help with corrupt FLP files

Windows - Long story short my project files were deleted and then erased from my recycle bin. I haven't backed up any of my beats since August and I know I'm dumb for that but I digress. I lost so many beats I was planning to release. I can always make more but there were ones that were sentimental in this folder & there were ones that I worked on with artists that I collaborate with. I managed to get my hands on a program that recovers files and voila I did recover them - I thought I was safe but when I went to open the FLP files they were all corrupt. My project files are lying on the ground barely breathing and unconscious. Does anyone know a workaround so I can resuscitate them and not take this L? I tried FL Studio's diagnostic tool - it hasn't helped - I think that's mainly due to the fact that they were erased from my computer. Is there a workaround for this or do I have to pull the plug on all the music I've lost?
