Missing locations of Vorbis ACM CODEC after installing fresh version of fl studio

Hi,
I'm running a problem with .WAV files that are .OGG encoded. I'm not able to drag and put any files of that type to fl studio...

I was trying to perform instruction from your site with the topic: 'Some .WAV files fail to load in FL Studio' but I didn't help at all.

The issue is that I don't have those locations:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Image-Line\FL Studio 12\System\Installers\VorbisACM"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Image-Line\FL Studio 12\System\Installers\VorbisACM_x64"

I've tried downloading it somewhere from the internet but it wasn't succesfull...
