fl 20.9 - no projects will open

I downloaded the new version 20.9, and started a new project. Then I think I got the same message as "Callmewhatyouwant", and figured that I hadn´t updated properly. I made a new download and nothing changed, so I deleted FL studio+ the shortcut and downloaded it again. The new version seems normal, but when I try to open previous projects, I am asked to reinstall.
