Sometimes, after a while, all audio output in FL Studio stops

I am experiencing a problem where audio randomly stops being output. It's as if everything were muted, even though playback continues and the UI is responsive. I switched between different audio output devices: ASIO4ALL, FL Studio ASIO, and Primary Sound Drive, but it didn't fix the problem.
