Let's say I have two patterns A and B. A has some notes in a channel, and I want to record some notes into B on the same channel whilst A is playing. The problem is that A goes silent as soon as I play the first note into B. Other channels are unaffected. When I play A and B (after B contains something) it works fine.
How can I record into a channel while it's playing?
MIDI playback stops when recording score.
