Asio4All causing external programmes to fail

I need to use the Asio4All driver in FL studio because when I use the normal FL Studio ASIO driver my microphone (plugged into my Focusrite Scarlett Solo) had way too much noise floor. When I use Asio4All this problem disappears however for some reason it switches off the drivers for my laptop and either I cannot hear audio from any other program or it plays audio through my laptop when I want to hear everythign from my audio interface (Scarlett Solo)
