Windows 10 or 11 for cpu performance?

Hello,

I'm upgrading my pc today. I have 12700k in front of me and am wondering now if I should install Windows 10 or 11.
I've bought 12700k after reading your cpu recommendation in manual guide.
I've read things about p cores and e cores with Windows 11, but I honesly do not know well about them.
I use this pc only for music production with FL Studio, do you recommend Windows 10 or 11 for cpu performance?
