I have used FL 12 for a very long time, and recently upgraded to FL 20. In doing so, I have been unable to get my FC4A Yamaha sustain pedal to sustain notes through my Yamaha Montage 8. This wasn't a problem in FL 12. I've disabled foot pedal controls note off and tried to go directly through a VST, and it still won't work. I've read as many articles as I could find on this, but nothing is working unfortunately. When the foot pedal controls note off is disabled, debug outputs:
Handled (first chance) Absolute 0%
(generic controller): B1 40 7F Control Change: Damper pedal (sustain)
Not handled Absolute 0%
(generic controller): B2 40 7F Control Change: Damper pedal (sustain)

But the notes are shortened/have a staccato affect instead of sustain.
The only time I can get it to sustain is if I press a note, then press and hold the sustain pedal. That note will ring, but proceeding notes will be truncated in sound.
I'm at a loss... Any help is greatly appreciated!
