Extended monitor on a Tablet and touch screen

Hello, I will buy a tablet (Lenovo's yoga tab 13) because I need an extension of my monitor. I would like to see the mixer on this second monitor (the tablet)
I know it can be connected by mini hdmi, so I'm wondering if I can use the touchscreen by extending the monitor.

I've seen some people use fl mobile through wifi but the mixer of that app isn't full, I want to see the same mixer as it works on fl studio.
