FL Studio sudden CPU stuttering

When I press start to hear my song, the CPU usage randomly goes from 3-4% to 80-85% for just less than a second and this problem produce also an audio stutter for the same amount of time. In a minute this can happen multiple times in random parts of the song. I think maybe it's a samples problem (or, in general, a memory read/write problem) because it can happen with/without any type of VST/plugins open. So I don't think it could be a VST/Plugins problem.
