Ocean wave like crashing sound? I Can't get rid of it! Help

Hello

I have this annoying sound in one of my projects. To isolate the sound for you people to hear I made a mp3. In the clip you will hear what I exported to mp3 from FL Studio 7 in the problem project. I let some of the drums roll in the mp3 and I cut out all the other patterns in the play list to further isolate the sound. What is this sound ? I think it might have something to do with the mixer and all the effects in it. I think this because you can see the sound come on in different inserts in the mixer and not others. Please help me get rid of this nasty sound.
