Problem with Alchemy

Hi, I have a problem with Alchemy presets becoming muffled due to a resetting of the cutoff knob being reset to zero when I click on the stop transport button. I have had this problem for a while now and was hoping that the update to FLStudio 10 would solve the issue. I contacted Camel Audio and they told me to un-check the "Reset plugins on transport" option in the Audio settings panel to solve the problem, but that did not work. I have looked through the forums but haven't managed to find this same problem anywhere else. Any suggestions?
