ntdll.dll problem and Samsung Kies

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S2 and installed the Kies program on my PC to manage it. I had some trouble with it so I uninstalled it and later, when I booted up FL Studio I kept getting an error relating to a dll file named ntdll.dll. I could get FL Studio to boot up after clicking "okay" twice, but once it was open I had trouble opening VST plugins with a similar error. When I clicked on okay they would eventually open, but I think it has made FL Studio unstable as it unexpectedly crashed on me.
When checking online forums I came across someone else who had the same problem (but with a demo version of FL Studio) so he did not end up with any replies. Does anyone know of this problem and how to solve it?
