Wav file plays too fast in playlist

I've come across a problem where the wav file previews fine when I click the waveform in the channel settings window, sample browser or Edison. The problem is when in the playlist it is playing really fast and not listenable. Usually I solve this issue by right clicking the Time knob in the Time Stretching section of the channel settings window and setting it to None, but it's not working this time.

Strangely enough, all other wav files play normally. What should I do to make it play right?
