Help with BPM!?

Hi im working in Fl Studio 10 and im working with a sample that changes bpm alot so to get the to match up i have create 4 different tempo automations. The problem i have run into is that my chorus runs on a 88.490 bpm and the last part of my verse runs on a 87.712, but when i copy value from the bpm i want to set then paste value it changes but then the whole song has that .xxx value. I hope your understanding me lol.

}
To clear some things up :

[chorus] 88.490 thats all set and looping perfectly

then i set the last part of my verse to a different bpm

[last part of verse] 87.712

now when it loops back to the chorus it does this

[chorus] 88.712
}

its really making this song difficult to finish and i dont understand why it wont take the whole bpm and switch it instead of just the first two digits.

Thanks in advance for your help
