Transaction Declinied

When i enter my details in the form and click the confirm button it gives me message : "
This transaction has been declined. You may wish to try another card, or contact the merchant.
"
the version which i am trying to purchase is the producer edition. As far as I can see, I have filled everything correctly and I have no idea why this is happening.
