Some issues with the Behringer CMD Studio 4a

Hello,

I recently got the Behringer CMD Studio 4a and have had issues with it ever since. I am not sure if this is the right place but i thought i would start here First of all, not all the midi works. Some buttons just plain out don't work with any configuration. These include the phone buttons, and the browse area. Other buttons, will either work correctly, work but not show a light, or the buttons will just not work. These are all with different types of configurations. These buttons include the play button, Cue button, sync button, and the scratch button. Another issue, I have is where the audio is going to. Sometimes it will only play through the headphones, while others it will only play through the speakers, but never both. I am not sure if this is an audio driver issue. These are all the main issues, I have and I have included three pictures of the configurations I have. Can anyone help me?

Edit: Thought I would add that I also have Fl Studio 11 Producer Edition installed and I have installed/uninstalled/re-installed both Deckadance and the Behringer CMD 4a Driver.
