setting up buttons for LC-1 and CMD 4a scratching

Hi, I have two questions:

1. I`m using two controllers cmd4a and lc-1 with DD2.3 version. cmd4a goes as main controller and for lc-1 I did mapping. Everything works great but buttons on lc-1 are orange and knobs are without marks. Who knows how can I set up colour for each button on Behringer lc-1 controller? I read a lot of information about scripting and mapping but because english is my second language it`s pretty hard to find and understand information about it. I`d be very appreciated if someone can be specific and step by step explain how to do it, or give me a link, or any info about it.

2. Behringer cmd4a has pretty poor scratching ability in DD2.3. If I update Deckadance until DVS version will it improve scratching? I found video where guy is saying that cmd4a do scratches only on virtual DJ software. I really like DD2.3 software and want to keep using it. May be I have to make any setup for jogs? So my second question is what should I do for good scratching on cmd4a? Thanks for your answers in advance.
