This is my first FL song. I play guitar, write, and sing. I hope you like it.
If anyone would like to improve this song, please let me know. Proper mastering is a pain in the butt. I think I've got it to about 80% final. Any input on mastering or proper levels or mixing... anything would be appreciated. I've had FL Studio for years and originally bought it just to help me write. I would make a basic drum and bass track and do my thing. Hearing the demo's that came with the latest version has really inspired me. I went on vacation 3 weeks ago and learned how to use it (sort of) via my laptop. It's so liberating not needing an entire band to create new songs. Thanks for taking the time to hear my song.

When I was in elementary school there was a girl named Barbie. Red curly hair, special shoes and metal back brace. Not too pretty. I've thought of her often and wondered how her life had turned out. Did she morph into a butterfly? I couldn't knock the vision of her coming home everyday to a loving mother who would tell her just how beautiful she was. I hope she got the love she deserved. This song is for her.
