the Grim of War
Some people think that violence is a token of loyalty - a dutiful respect from those who claim to deserve liberty. Others suggest that violence is a fruitless means to an end, whether or not the end justifies the means. The reality lies somewhere in-between, the truth not far from the horror of catastrophe that plagues human civilization.
War has no victory, only death. Though all battles are fought, none are truly won in the end.
"The Grim of War" is a story told through an amalgamation of genres that has been in production for nearly four years. This piece not only represents a culminating point in my work, but it also reflects a personal war that has carried weight throughout my life.
It's the civil war - the war we wage within ourselves - that proves the most difficult of them all.
