wrote both the instrumental work, and also wrote the lyrics and recorded my own vocals.
My workflow is a bit disjointed...I need to write the lyrics while listening to an instrumental but I can't add details to the instrumental or even work on track structure until the vocals have been recorded. also my computer makes a lot of racket so I have to wait for the fan to get quiet before I can record any vox. I also end up having to turn off the air conditioner to my apartment....as far as vocals go I'd say it's a damn great improvement over how my voice sounded like 4 years ago. but I still need to put together and release an ep or an album.
