For this retro house track I used almost only 808 drums and a 303ish bassline (Transistor Bass).
The chords are rather chilling and atmospheric, while the drums can be quite driving. I'm curious whether this fits well together for you or not.
The vocals are rather provisional. (Laurie Webb sends her regards.) I'm still looking for good, classic (preferably free, because you always buy a pig in a poke) vocals for deep house...
In a way the track is a follow up to my older track Isar, even if the style is a bit different.
