Okay, let's work it out.
General awareness is moving in the right direction. Be positive and try to keep all negativity out of your life. You will feel lonely, but that will change.
Try to cultivate green fingers, if possible.
Leave the car as much as possible, take the bicycle or public transport. Feel ashamed if you feel something is wrong.
Do not sleep too much, 5 hours a night and a short siesta in the afternoon.
Work, work, work. It is now up to you to ensure that your children have a bright future.
Don't dwell on conspiracy theories, but take action.
