but somehow there is no command that combines those two actions, so you can for example just clone a verse(Insert Silence after Selection + duplicate Selection) without creating a mess of your Arrangment. And since CTRL+INS creates empty space before the selection you can't even manually chain the two commands to achieve this.
seems like a wierd oversight? maybe I'm not seeing an option here? Seems like an obvious Command to have
