Turn on/off/lock effects on all tracks at once

Even though effects on each track on the mixer can be turned on/off, it's be great to have the option to turn on/off/lock on ALL tracks at once, something similar to solo option on tracks. It is so handy specially when you want to record something and need to turn off all the effects to avoid plugin delays for real-time recording.
