Generator that can launch clips in performance mode (FL-VSTi)

A generator that can launch clips from the channel rack in performance mode. The idea is that we can load this as the first generator in the FL VSTi, and play it's performance mode from any host. That would make FL one heck of a VST drum machine/synth sequencer plugin. This also opens up some possibilities in FL's performance mode, since a clip can contain data for this performance mode controller. It would allow us to mimic "follow actions", like you find in ableton live. That means we aren't limited to the per-track performance settings. We would have per-clip control over what happens in a performance, with options ranging from curated randomness for improvisation, up to a new way to create scenes, groups, and sequences of events without needing to set them up in the playlist beforehand. That could prove interesting with drums, synths, effets, and Zgame visuals.

Here's a video explaining roughly what follow actions can be used for, incase it isn't obvious. This particular example can already be done in FL, but the point is only to show the implementation of "per clip" performance settings; controlled by a generator, in our case.
