Situation: You have a complex project with 50+ automation clips and you are a messy person not having organized your playlist well .
Problem: You want to find a certain automation clip you've done a few days ago and it take minutes to find it.

Solution:
1. You move the knob on an instrument/effect which is linked to the automation clip(s) you are looking for.
2. You click on Tools > Last tweaked > Highlight automation clips
3. All automation clips which are linked to the selected parameter are highlighted. In addition the playlist zoom is adjusted so that you can see the highlighted clips.

EDIT: If desired you can replace "Highlight" by "Select" when reading my text, because selecting also highlights a clip .
