A feature like Chord Track from Studio One please?

Presonus took this feature from Magix Music Maker, but to the whole new level. Can it be implemented in FL Studio too? I to would be awesome to have all material, both midi and audio, harmonize non destructively to a chord given in the top track or a command line. Should be absolutely possible.
