GLITCH piano roll event editor automation with no notes

Hi I noticed that if there is any automation applied to a bar where there are no notes the pattern gets extended another bar. Is this something you intended? You will see in the screen shot there are no notes but the pattern is playing 2 bars instead of one. In fact the way to make this stop once it happens is that I have to erase the last automation bar. IF I put anything back on the last step before bar 2 then it plays 2 full bars.
