I suggest to add a folder with all recently overwritten or deleted plugin patches to "current project" in the browser.
Entries should be labeled with the original patch name and a timestamp.
Why? Because it sucks to have spent lots of time making complex patches (e.g in patcher), and then you accidentally overwrite it with a middle-click in the browser or drag'n dropping something the wrong place.
