Fl Studio Tabs for track A and B testing

The idea is quite simple. Using tabs for music production, example, on the playlist views, there would be a main tab (Where the music is put together, the same way it is done now) and a "Sracth tab", this would open up to a new blank playlist, where we can build some starch ideia, render it out and place on the main playlist tab. Im suggesting this because many times i feel im going back A and B on many projects and having multiple version of the same project inside one file would be great.
