Control Surface - Digits component problem

IDK if this is a bug or not, but Digits component doesn't seem to return previously set value. For instance, if I had Digits in range from 0 to 10 and set it to 4, it should return 0.4, but instead it returns 0. Please fix it because this might be very useful component.

Also, Digits should return value like Value-Min/Max-Min, so there are no bugs like returning value greater than 1 or smaller than 0 (like with Value 6 and range from 4 to 8, it'd return 6-4/8-4 = 2/4 = 0.5 which is correct).
