I just want the waveforms to display when I am streaming from disk. I do some multitrack recording from time to time and the long audio ends up not displaying in the playlist. This makes thinks very difficult when editing for example all 8 audio clips that comprise the drum recording. I need to see the Audio. I know it is possible, because other programs do it. Protools, and Cubase (I know this is not as focused on Audio as those programs, but maybe it could be). Otherwise I will have to work in Cubase, and I love FLS.
Also, on an a mass audio editing note, it would be nice to be able to zoom in closer than one measure, I need 10 or 100 times closer than that.
The only reason I am even suggesting these things, is because the way the playlist is set up, free and without the restriction of having to add tracks, (IMO) FL Studio is much better for editing multiple tracks of audio and automating them than even ProTools, and that is supposed to be what protools is the king of.
So back to my points:
1. Visual waveform display when streaming from disk
2. Better zoom for Playlist view.
Thanks,
Whiligo
