Upgrade the Sampler Channel!

Sampler is the main instrument in my and a lot of other producers work.
Unfortunately Fl Studio is a little bit behind other daws when it comes to time stretching and sampling i general.
This might scare off some potential users.

What a lot of people might wish for:

- Realtime Stretching with the same quality as the e3 generic algorithm
- support for formants when time stretching

- higher resultion for the envelopes in the sampler channel (Volume, Pitch especially) to do fades, add transients etc.
- concrete values for the pitch amount in semitones
