I'd like to see an extra layer of depth for groups in the playlist. I've started to create parent groups for things like Mid Percs, High Percs, Pads, etc... but I also like to set my automation clips as sub-groups of the track it's affecting (placing more than 1-2 automations over the pattern/clip it's automating is cumbersome to work with).
It'd be nice to have both a group layer that I can set all of my related tracks together, but also have a layer of sub-grouping that I can place my automation clips.
