I'd like to have a toggle option where the wires (routing cables) are always shown in the mixer to show connections. In some cases it's a hot garbled mess and keeping it as is helps to simplify the view, but in some cases I'd also like to easily see which channels are flowing into a bus/master fader.
You could have different wire colors indicating if it's audio, sidechain, or both. At the very least I'd like to be able to select a mixer channel and it would show all the ingress / egress wires fore it. Ideally I'd like an option to see literally everything going on as well, though.
