Custom default save/render folder

Hi, I tried to search into this forum but I couldn't find anything similar to this topic.
I think it'd be useful to manage the default save and render folders.
I have a secondary SSD where I keep all my project data and sample files, and I find myself uncomfortable to:

- render an audio clip on the fly, that could possibly be employed in other projects
- create a project folder outside the default save folder (every time I have to navigate outside it and reach my personal save folder).
